Decided to burn an orca design onto the back of my sansula. :)

Might add a few more onto the front when I get time.

So here’s my gaming related input for Valentines Day 2014

Nothing special but this ones been knocking around as an idea since a friend and I came up with it early last year.

So anyway, this one’s for all you Zelda fans out there!

Those awkward moments during life drawing class, where your tutor was the sort to stand beside your easel in silence for a few moments before loudly exclaiming; “The model isn’t quite that fat.” or “His nose is much bigger than that.”

I’m not sure who it embarrassed more, the artist or the life model…

There’s a certain irony to painting marine mammals on birds feathers.

First official piece of 2014, let’s see how long I can keep to the resolution of producing more artwork this year.

Acrylics on black goose feather. The tassel is made from budgie feathers my mum collected from a friend, I really liked that the largest one seems to have a similar pattern on it to that of an orca’s chin and eye patch.

My first time working with Fimo and I’m very happy with how it turned out. This was made as a christmas gift for a close friend who absolutely loves Journey. For anyone who hasn’t played Journey I strongly suggest that you check it out, it’s so beautifully done and easily one of the best games I’ve ever played.

Merry Christmas everyone! Have a good one. :)

Limited colour palette~

Made this a little while back but never got around to putting it up till now. After replaying Wind Waker I noticed so many designs in the game looked like wood burnings, or pretty much everything was made of wood.

Will probably stick this on Etsy at some point in the future if anyone is interested. :)

P.S. It’s a coaster/placemat if anyones wondering.

Noticed a lot of the feathers people had been finding for me lately were from ducks/water foul, so I headed out to a few ponds to see if they were in moult. Apparently they are…

All these were found in the space of about half an hour. Looks like I have a lot of painting to do! :)

Had to make a seahorse one of these, they just seem a perfect composition for bookmarks.

Kept to my word this time and went for something non-dragon related for now.

Had way too much fun burning this on and off over the past week or so. This box was given to me by a friend and I decided to use it to store any pyrography related bits and pieces. Since the whole thing is made of wood I couldn’t not burn some sort of design into it.

Had to be a dragon.
